This is my team's product: Mocha Crinkaloo with Cinnamon Glaze! It's a crinkle with a twist of cinnamon and antioxidant ingredient from coffee grains :) You should try this one! 1) Ampalicious
-I've tasted this one! It's not that bad for a candied ampalaya. This is really good snack for those of you who are health conscious! Also, the team made a variant which comes in bite-size chocolates filled with ampalaya bits. I like the white ones. For only P15, you'll get yourself a healthy snack!
2) Pineapple-Mango leather
-I admire this team because the making of a leather is really a tedious and delicate process! Well, my review for their product-- the texture and consistency is good and the product itself is a potent export prod.
3) Pili Ice Cream
-Inspired by Strawberry Crunch Lambanog Ice Cream, this group made a very good breakthrough in utilizing PILI NUTS. It's a delicious delight! I heard that the team is getting ready to patent their product.
4) Cabrichos
-Feeling hungry? This is one snack you can't resist! Cabrichos is great combi of goat meat, sauces and spices! Yes, they used GOAT MEAT- which is healthier than your usual meat; a low fat, good tasting alternative to chicken or fish. This is served with nachos or rice.
5) Karrotup
-Ang putong ma-carrot! It's a native steamed rice cake with the nutrious touch of carrot-Carrots are an excellent source of antioxidant compounds, and the richest vegetable source of the pro-vitamin A carotenes.
